Buddy seeks a buddy. Imagine, this poor American Eskimo Dog was wandering around Evanston in December. No one claimed Buddy after he was found, and he wasn’t microchipped. He’s now enjoying life in a foster home, and it’s perfectly wonderful. Except that Buddy, who is likely around 13 years old, needs a forever buddy.
Buddy was a bit tattered from being out in the elements, but he’s fine now, though he has a touch of arthritis and is stiff when he gets up. He’s a perfect gentleman around cats, and also is fine with other dogs (as long as they’re not too pushy). He loves people, and very much still enjoys playing. He’s fine a leash, quite well-mannered. In fact, he enjoys walks. And he likes warm beds. Of course, he does. He deserves that….and deserves a loving family.
Monday (February 23), I will be on the air at 8:40AM CDT with Steve Cochran on WGN Radio with Buddy – as we seek to adopt him out during our monthly pet adoption segment. You can listen at 720AM or here, as Evanston Animal Shelter volunteer Casey Johnson joins us in studio, with Buddy. You also watch online (Yes, you can watch radio).
If you are interested in Buddy, contact me – Steve@SteveDale.tv or the shelter.
