Bunny with a Badge

Percy was rescued from the streets (where domestic rabbits couldn’t survive) by an officer with the Yuba City, CA Police Department. Percy has since been put to work, and is known as Officer Hops, a bunny with a badge. He’s a Wellness Officer supporting mental health within the department and also community relations.
