Chicago Dog Show Highlights

The International Kennel Club of Chicago Dog Show is one of the most prestigious in America, and includes many of the top dogs and most renown judges. Obviously many dogs show up, in fact, representing over 180 breeds and varieties. But this benched dog show is also a great spectator event, and a way to spend an entire afternoon – from watching performing dogs leap into the sky for Frisbee discs to purchasing everything dog – from dog jewelry to dog food to stamps with depictions of dogs to books about dogs to t-shirts, keychains and more with your favorite breeds. Breed rescues are at the show, and various other non-profits, including animal shelters. You can learn about techniques to massage your dog, or even get a massage for yourself.
