Who Doesn't Love Puppies

Dr. Soares says you can get a great puppy from a responsible breeder or rescue, or an animal shelter. She is no fan of pet store purchases (because no responsible breeder will ever sell to a pet store).  She’s also no fan of a “breeder” who won’t allow you to visit puppies personally.
