Dog Dad: Topher Brophy

Topher Brophy is an ultimate dog dad and Instagram star with the story of how years ago one cat, and more recently a dog named Rosenberg changed his life.

His book Dog Dad: How Animals Bring Out the Best in Us And Can Help Save the World, proceeds benefit American Humane. tells that story in a very personal way. At one point – until he found his canine best friend – Brophy was considering suicide. How can a dog change all that?

Brophy explains how his dog actually dresses like him and most certainly, clothes or no clothes, they look alike. He calls his dog a “love battery.” I’m a happy adjusted human being, he says, because of Rosenberg.
