October is Adopt-A-Dog month, and Illlionis Governor Pat Quinn kicked off this American Humane Association national initiative in Chicago, at the Anti-Cruelty Society. Animal lovers came by, and so did the media, and our adopted dog, Ethel. Here are some images:
