A Lemon Law for pets sold at pet stores will happen in Illinois, if it’s up to the bill’s originator Senator Dan Kotowski (28th district), who will be the first guest on Steve Dale’s Pet World, Saturday, May 11 at 1 p.m.cdt on WGN Radio (click here to listen) or 720 AM. I will express my support for this proposed law, but actually believe the next step is to go further…..to ban selling dogs or cats at pet stores all together. In any case, this is a start!
