Since I filled in on WGN Radio just before Thanksgiving, we talked turkeys first, and from WKRP in Cincinnati “As God as my witness, I thought turkeys could fly.” So, I asked Lincoln Park Zoo General Curator Dave Bernier first about turkeys and their ability to fly or not.

Somehow, and we agree, that watching chimpanzees or gorillas is just different than watching any other animal at the zoo.

Can you imagine, 2.5 million lights shine at the zoo for ZooLights. There’s food, of course, as well as various other activities (which can vary from night to night).
