Search and Rescue Dog Heros

On September 12, 2001 Steve began to interview dog handlers actually on the scene at the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. One handler told the story of how his dog, nearly died. There’s no doubt Steve’s dramatic, award winning stories heightened media and public interest in Search and Rescue dogs.
