What Does 'No Kill' Really Mean

What really is the “no kill” movement? It’s a marketing term, I’m glad the term exists, and the buzz word have demonstrated that more was possible. But the term can be misleading as well…So, call it what you want – the mission is to lessen the number of animals killed in shelters. Period. Unfortunately, the way to do this has not yet been discovered (otherwise we would be there), and what one part of the country requires may not be the same elsewhere.

Still, if we all want the same thing, my question, ‘Why can’t we all work together?”

This video (which I saw on Mary Haight’s Dancing Dog Blog – which I am a fan of), is produced with insight that I am paying attention to. And I appreciate the comments on Mary’s blog, which are constructive rather than individuals sniping at one another.
